I appreciate that I am able to do cash and carry and they have a large selection of great products but the last couple of times I have ordered it's been challenging. one time it was the phone ordering, the person taking my order was obviously annoyed to have to take an order this time it's the pick up. I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes to get the order and when I did get it I had been told something in error and now have to wait for the PO to be reissued. it's all just additional annoyances that slow down busy days.

FANTASTIC COMPANY! We used them for nearly 19 years until we sold our business. Very, very rarely did they forget a product on their truck and the produce was always high quality! Professional drivers that were in and out of the store and always showed up before the store opened for the day. When we open another restaurant, I have no doubt we'll use them again. We had so many issues with other vendor-types (ex: beer, paper goods, etc) that it was nice to have one vendor we could count on on a consistent basis.

WOW! I'm beyond impressed with the 3boxes I ordered(veggie, fruit, snack). Due to the current situation I was looking for an alternative to having to go to the grocery store and was excited to find a local produce distibuter selling to the public during this crisis. The ordering process was simple, pick up was even easier; didn't even have to get out of the car. Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with the prices, the quantity in each box and the quality of the fruits and vegetables are outstanding! I highly recommend giving them a try!!

Great company! One of my favorite purveyors during my 20 plus years in the Sacramento restaurant scene. Good customer service, 7 day delivery schedule , supports local farms and treats their employees extremely well!

Not the best company to work with.
Prices are OK when u start then go up but the main issue it's payment.
Its 2017 ( well tomorrow it is) and check by mail only days are over.....
No ACH, no money transfer, no credit card just check by mail to a PO box.
They send u an invoice on the 31st and if a check is not there by the 10th u already getting 5 calls daily and account change to COD.
So again if u old fashioned and still buying stamps sure not a bad company at all.

The procedure for billing is the invoice only left at the site when the produce is delivered. There is no feedback mechanism. It would be helpful if one could check their status on-line. We ended up being COD. COD does not work for us and we ended our relationship.

Front office is outstanding. The drivers are educated on their craft, friendly, and also take classes on produce knowledge. Great place to do business. Freshest produce around.
