Brokerage division is kids play. I won't answer the phone for my load when you have a problem. They don't pay detention and especially Zach will reinvent all sort of rules to not pay you. One of the brokers who don't care at all after you picked up.

Showed up to load my load that I had booked 11 days ago. When I arrived this morning no one even new that I was coming. Then they just started running load so will probably be here all day.

Have been here several times since and things have gotten better. One thing about these loads is if you get them from Zach at Mountain Valley Logistics they pay better because they are his loads. Araceli and all the other people in the accounts payable department is really easy to deal with and very efficient. They pay quick if you sign up for Load Pay from Internet Truck Stop. If all the brokers were like MVL and did Load Pay it would make my life a lot easier.

The people who work at this place are awesome. Super friendly and had me loaded in less than an hour. Gave me a sack of taters for Christmas. Easy to get to and easy to maneuver around.

Got there and my load wasn't ready for pickup,had to wait 10 hours and 45 minutes before I was assigned a door.

A bunch of CROOKS!!!!!!!!! I booked a flatbed load with them from CA to TX, posted as 1 pick 1 drop, when they sent the rate con over it had 3 picks. They said that they will pay an extra $100 for the picks and if everything goes well and gets delivered on time. After delivery they refused to pay the extra $100 bucks. PIGS!!!!!!!!
