My appointment was scheduled at 2:00 the reception said that he was out for lunch and that she doesn't when he's going to be back? I waited over an hour and I just had enough of it. This wasn't the first time this happened. He is always late. On average you will wait an hour and 30 minutes. I won't be coming back.

Worst doctor ever I was in the ER for back pain was told to follow up he himself told me to come in at 11:30am I show up doors are locked and called 15 times no answer I had to change doctors immediately this is not the first he done this as last time I waited 3 hours just to be seen

I have had 2 previous back surgeries and Dr. Luke was good at filling my prescriptions until he had to do an authorization through IEHP. He asked me to give him a urine test which I did it's been 7 to 10 business days and he still has not completed my referral for IEHP for my pain medication instead he seen me once a week to give me other pain medications and he keeps billing IEHP every week I come in and sometimes I have to see him twice a week because he will only give me a 3 to 4 days Supply. I don't know how hard it could possibly be to fill out a patient plan with IEHP he's had over two weeks I guess his patient or their pain isn't any of his concern. He cannot remember what he says from one appointment to the next he's constantly messing up my prescriptions and he always has negative things to say about my 12 year old daughter and her weight which in fact my 12 year old daughter isn't even his patient. I wouldn't recommend anybody to him. At times I've waited in his office up to 4 hours just to see him just to have him write me a prescription I take it to the pharmacy it's not written out right and I have to drive all the way back to see him again because he won't pick up his phone and he will not answer the emails that his secretaries from his office and him.

The doctor is very respectful and knowledgeable. Very caring the staff go beyond to make sure you are ok and comfortable.I have not seen or had a doc like this one I know I can always ask Carol for anything or tell her anything without judgment. I have seizures and this place has made me feel at ease. I will definitely recommend this place!!!

Patients beware. You will not get any care from this doctor. He will ignore your calls and messages for literal months. (He also ignored the Medical Board of California when they tried to get my records for me.) When I FINALLY got my records 5 months later, I noticed he falsified documentation. I asked that it be changed (HIPAA requires that doctors allow patients to request incorrect information be fixed) and the staff called the police on me. It must have been embarrassing for them that they didn't know that. (But shoutout to Redlands Police Department for the help!)

Google "Luke v. Redlands Community Hospital" if you want to see exactly what this kind of doctor this man is. It's something you'd see on the news these days--a fatal dose of morphine and questionable documentation. How he still has a license is beyond me. I'm surprised the District Attorney didn't prosecute criminally.

Worst experience at a doctor's office ever, had a 10:00 appointment left out of there at 1:00 p.m. still never having seen the doctor but I did see him sitting at his computer the whole time I was there with no other patients having been called. Absolute leading most unprofessional doctors office I have been to in my entire life

The worst doctor does not care about his patient I took my client to get her meds with him she was off of them for a month he refused to fill her scripts she is suffering now we have to wait to see another doctor wait time from app time over an hour in waiting room
