It is a bit hard to get in for your repairs dealing with insurance but once its all said and done the job comes out looking amazing! These guys made my mustang look brand new ! Also, it did not take a long time; it was all around very well presented. Thank you Jorge for your services.

Contacted State Farm's roadside assistance for a tow. Informed the assigned tow truck driver that the Good Year shop was awaiting my SUV's arrival and that they closed at 5pm. From 12:45pm until 4:50pm the driver lied about his ETA constantly. He arrived walked pass me without a HELLO or apology for his extreme tardiness. I informed him that the tire shop was closing so the truck would need to be towed to a different location, which was 5mins from my house had he bothered to inquire. However, instead he abruptly informed me that he could only take it to the initial location of which State Farm was paying him. ? State Farm later confirmed what I already knew, that the tow truck driver is to take it wherever the customers direct them. He continued with the extreme rudeness until I finally had enough and snapped back. Apparently, his ego got bruised because he told me that he was not servicing me and then calls the police to lie that I have assaulted him and spit in his eye. When CPD arrived he was extremely adamant about having me arrested on false charges and he became combative with the police. They did not believe him and made him get in his truck and leave.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNPROFESIONAL COMPANY IF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS YOUR EXPECTATION.

This is K&P Body shop waiting room I waited 2:30 hours. I got here at around noon because Jorge told me yesterday on the phone which I can pickup anytime afternoon. I just asked him when it us done....Jorge said he doens’t know...I am still waiting.

Don't bring your car hete the guy the owner George Lopez is a thief insurance pays for my car and he keeps my car for two months and don't fix it also he charge me for my parts and never return the parts the new parts he is a totally thief don't under any circumstances bring your car to fix to this dealer is a getting place the people there are getting the owner is a bad person he hangs up on you never picks the phone for you and always hiding so that you don't ask for your car I don't understand why insurances work for this guy really I don't

The auto repair shop looks like an abandoned building. When I got there I first had to wait in the alley, then in an abandoned vacant lot until someone came out a took pictures of the damage. They are not about business, never received an estimate, a call back or email. This business is a joke, should not be taken seriously and not worth your time. If I could give a negative 10 that would still be to many stars.

If I can leave negative stars I would. Jorge was very unprofessional & rude when I simply asked when would my vehicle be ready for pickup. My insurance stated it was a 3 day task. He took a week long vacation without informing me when I first dropped my vehicle off, then gave me straight attitude when he returned. Who takes a vacation while they’re holding someone car for repairs? I got the police involved because he had my vehicle for a month & wouldn't provide me with any specific details on how much longer it was going to take. Not one time did he say my parts wasn’t there he just kept saying he’s waiting for the paint to dry, it’ll be ready tomorrow for two weeks out of the month. He then lied to the police & said I was committing fraud. I left after the police said he has to complete the job or return the money back to my insurance. Of course he didn’t want to give the money back. I have no idea where that lie came from. My insurance sent the check to my home address in my name. It’s not fraud if it’s mailed to you. I think he needs to be educated more on how it works.I cashed the check & gave the manager the money. I'm a hard working mother, I needed my vehicle for work & to get my kids to school. He was very inconsiderate & stated I should have gotten a rental, you can’t tell me how to spend my money maybe renting a vehicle wasn’t in my budget. He just didn't show any empathy for holding my car that long. I would not recommend this place to anyone & I would never in life allow him to do any services for me.
