Warning!!! When you go for a consultation, be aware that it could quickly lead to potential surgery. You are seen by a nurse practitioner instead of a doctor. They take you quickly for a CT scan. After that, a nurse came to discuss a balloon sinuplasty procedure, which she strongly encouraged you to consider. Pressure! Ask for a second opinion. Subsequently, they billed my insurance nearly $2,000, including charges for a nasal endoscopy that was never done. In total they charged $559 for the visit without seeing a doctor, $884 for the nonexistent nasal endoscopy, and $500 for the CT scan. So, just a heads-up… be careful!

After 4 years of sinus issues, no taste, no smell. It was pretty a bad issue. I called ENT after ENT and none were able to see me, unless it was 6-8 months out. Some even rude! I almost gave up until I found Dr Nalbone’s office and team.
Was seen within a week and I had a CT scan done and saw how serious the blockage was: Polyps, swelling, and a deviated septum. Dr Nalbone, told me we needed the Balloon Sinuplasty surgery done (we tried steroids, and other treatments first).
The procedure was done and wow!! I can breath, smell, taste, sleep better. They did wonderful work. Jaclyn PA has been very helpful with my recovery and follow ups. I recommend this office as other ENT’s were really hard to book an appointment unless it was 6 months out. My experience here has been lovely, all the staff is wonderful and understanding. Thank you for helping me breath better, and for always making me feel welcome.

Surgery went great, I can breath & no drainage that made me cough?My follow up was with Nurse Practitioner, not the doctor, who did my surgery ?They did blood work before surgery, for allergies. When I went for follow up, they didn’t have them. Said they would call me. That was 3 days ago.

Visited this office as an emergency due to ears clogged with wax along with immense pressure and pain. The front desk personel were very friendly and welcoming.

It took a turn for the worst once I was called to the back. I was talked into a CT scan, which I denied at first but was told that "I'll have to speak to the nurse" in a rude manner. It gave me a denial of service impression. Due to the circumstances at the time, I didn't care and later agreed. The NP walks in and wanted to address other issues and I repeatedly told her to address the reason for this visit. Not only she didn't even put a good faith effort into addressing the issue which resulted in leaving the office with the same problem. I was clearly disgusted with this office and gave me an opinion of Las Vegas as a whole at the time.

The host at the hotel I stayed arranged an appointment with another ENT after listening to my frustrations with this visit with the promise of changing my opinion of Vegas. I was able to see the recommended ENT the next day, The ENT not only went above and beyond to fix the issues with my ears, but stated that the CT scan wasn't needed (I felt scammed at that moment) My visit lasted exactly 13 minutes and very happy with everything.

I should've read the reviews prior to going to this office but you live and learn.

What a fantastic experience. I went here because I was having a ton of sinus issues, couldn’t breathe the best out of my nose, one sinus infection after the other, etc. Office is on point. They are one time, efficient and so nice. I seen Jaclyn Crame on my first visit and what a wonderful person. She took the time to
Explain everything to me and recommend that I have a low invasive procedure. Best decision ever . I’m two weeks post op and I can breathe better. Sinus pain is gone, throat pain gone, post nasal drip gone. The list goes on and on. I highly recommend this place and if you are having sinus issues look no further. This is office class act through and through.

Dr Nalbone and his staff are super. I met Jaclyn Crame for my initial visit and she explained the whole process and answered all my questions. When I saw her for my post op appointment she was so pleased to see how much relief I had received. I hadn’t been able to breathe for 4 months and now I’m breathing with no problem.
