We love coming to see Dr Dial. He is friendly, yet professional. His staff which is his wife, son and daughter, are very friendly and make us feel welcome. We recommend this office very highly.

Paper medical records has a lot to say about an office, meaning they don't want to put money into investing into EMR yet and are running a horrible practice and service. Its family run so that has a lot to do with it as well. Made the appointment in advance by two months only to be told I couldn't be seen because I didn't bring my own glucose meter when that wasn't disclosed to me at all prior to arrival.
Daughter of doctor is the medical assistant who likes to yell at you from across the room while you are already in a discussion with the doctors wife who runs the front. Doctors daughter is the one who makes the appointments and didn't disclose the nice little information to bring the glucose meter because the office is too cheap to have their own and she ran off crying into a room. Really weird family business, emotions are too high and personal I feel and Dr. Dial would benefit from hiring outside of his family. I would recommend getting referred somewhere else.

All I am going to say is that I can't until tomorrow to put in a complaint to my insurance company about this person that calls himself a doctor. He asks so many ridiculous questions and he calls it an interview then if you don't know the exact answer he's looking for he makes you feel stupid. Rudest doctor I have ever been to in my entire life. And does not hear you out, does not want listen to the patient at all. Do not waste your time!!!

Dr. Freddy and Dr. Williams has helped me. They have worked with me to get my health under control. Jerry is so kind and helpful every time I call. She cracks me up. I like how if your appointment is at 10:00 o'clock, 10:10 the doctor is seeing you. Only thing I can say about them in a negative light is they're not open on a Friday which is my day off 🙁 . Outside of that I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Freddy and Dr.Williams.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Had an appointment booked for 2 weeks then they call me the day before saying they can’t accept my insurance when they knew what insurance I had the first day I called. It’s very unprofessional. Especially not knowing how someone is feeling waiting for an appointment with a specialist.

The best dr. And the best amazing staff, I can’t believe how amazing dr. Freddie, He spent an hour with my mom and asked her and gave us direction for medication and her history, so caring. The staff jerry, ruth and natal, Each one did an amazing, from welcoming us and helping us and so understanding and so helpful. Thank you so much everyone
