My fiancé went to this Doctor In hopes that he could get blood flow and save his foot. he was recommended by his dialysis Dr.
My fiancé came in. With gangrene in his babbytoe, the Doctor did vascular surgery to stop the gangrene By promoting blood flow. but the gangrene continued to spread throughout his feet i confronted him the Doctor About The gangrene spreading He explained.
That he had proper blood flow. I said if he had proper blood flow. The rest of the toes wouldn't be affected.
I entered asked that his technician.
Perform. Another ultrasound. He did that and the technician Came back and. explained that he had no blood flow. Dr.chauvapun said that he didn't have the correct tools.
To get through the veins In the toes. Because they are small I said so you just late all Of his toes die. why Didn't you have the correct tools?you know that when you have foot surgery you need all tools for the feet And the toes. He looked at me and said forget it, let's just cut it all off. I said how could you say something like that to me? I'm speaking to you out of concern. After that. My fiancé went through 2 Amputations, because of his neglect.. They amputated all of his toes the first time. And then they took the rest of his leg. it could have been avoided This could have been prevented.. this Doctor doesn't know what he's doing or. This Doctor does not care. It's all about the money.

This is one of the worst doctors in the world. He is a narcissist, who will never contact you or can get a hold of. He doesn’t complete his paper work and hire women more worried about their looks than doing there paperwork correctly. I had to move my mom to Oregon because of doctors in this area and him. She said he was going to die if I didn’t move her. New vascular doctor said he did more damage then good. Had to redo everything he did. Put in a new stint, which this doctor put in the paperwork as “unknown”. May have to do a bypass now. Looking to sue. Please let me know if you’ve had similar issues with this ghost wannabe.

Running 2 1/2 hours behind and the front office acts like you are a piece for complaining! Your patients are older and you should show a little compassion ! They are already nervous about being there and you (office personnel) are rude and mean ! Disgusting to treat our older generation like this ! I would like to give zero stars ‘

After another doctor's failed attempt to repair a vascular issue in our family member, the doctor discussed the case with Dr Chauvapun. Based on Dr. Chauvapun's review of the case he convinced us he could do the surgery. I listened as he discussed the procedure but suddenly felt a sense of arrogance from him when he said "if I can't do it, no one can". He said he had done this surgery hundreds of times and has taught the procedure to many surgeons so he wasn't the least concerned. His first attempt failed and kept our family member in the hospital to attempt a different approach two days later, which never happened. Dr Chauvapun's eagerness to prove he was the best caused the surgery to take much longer and causing undue stress on our loved one. Any time a doctor is overly confident, run for the door and find someone who communicates the risks instead of how awesome he thinks he is.

The whole back office gives horrible service. I was told my autho would be sent out , a month later I called my Ins. And the office never even send out for Authorization to my Ins. I had to be the one calling around to get things done. Who ever is the owner of this office really needs to come in and check on the staff especially on Sonia who tells you one thing but is something else. My experience was and has been horrible to say the least.

Doctor was fine, but the receptionists are trash. For such a serious medical issue such as anyurism you'd think they'd be a bit more responsible and diligent with patients paperwork.
