Very bad quality and customer service. Not informing that package will be delivered on specific day - when we re-scheduled delivery time to another day, on that specific day they just said that deliver will be postponed.

Better use someone else for your Heavy and Bulky orders. Not worth it!

Really fast transportation of car from UK.
But I minuse one star because of TOTALLY awful coworker company which prepare the documents for export.
My best wishes to you, run if you hear that Blake from ats-biddings or Dorota dtenterprises will take care of your documents. They didn't say the full price, so when your car will be transported you will be obliged to pay extra 40% of the initial price( or search for another company, pay also them and wait minimum month to rearrange the docs). So be careful.

I do not think it is correct for a lorry to pull into a housing estate and then just leave a trailer at the side of the road. It is causing traffic to drive on the pavement on the opposite side of the road in Wellington, Shropshire. It is restricting visibility and for the people who live opposite makes getting on and off their drive difficult. The Police have been informed. From your reviews it is obvious your drivers do this often maybe that's why other reviewers report theft from deliveries if trailers are left unattended.

Good lorry driver stuck down shearer road in Portsmouth stick on the main roads with hgv lorries not down small streets

Driver decided to go to the toilet in our yard (we have toilets available). To make it worse he decided to go just under the door of the driver's side on one of our own vehicles so our driver had to avoid it whilst trying to get into his van - disgusting. Reg: PTU 4082E

You need to make sure your drivers understand the road laws in your area of operation. One of your drivers has parked on a "no parking" zone all day completely blocking the turn onto a main road.

Disgusting company. The drivers come and park in our garages which is private property owned by the residents, to have their lunch and then use the alleys behind peoples houses as their public toilet, laughing about it on their way back to the cab.

6/2/2018 11.54 am. PTU08T4 double trailer. In Stansted Mountfitchet England. Must have been a minimum axle weight of 11T and loaded 30T+ proceeding up a road with a 7T5 limit. Is this not illegal? Driver did not give a dam. I would love to hear back from the company Ambro Logistics for an explanation and as to why they think it is a legal operation even though they were probably delivering to a building site!
