They take their time when grooming your dog and ensure your dog is comfortable with the grooming process. I used to take my puppy Benny to other grooming salons and he was never as happy to get groomed other than at Happy Tails C&P.

This place is great go take your doggies they treat them with so much care and love. We drop Lucas off confident he Will be taken care of. The do such a good job especially with how big and how much hair he has we have been bringing him since he was a small puppy and will happily continue to.

The ladies there are so nice. Great customer service! They take their time to listen to what you want. They also offer advise based on what’s best for your dog’s breed. Prices are affordable which is a plus! Khloe and Lola are always happy going in and coming out!

The care with which they treat my puppy is as good as my family does! They take their time to insure the grooming is done right! My puppy always comes back clean and fresh smelling. They are also great with scheduling drop off/pick up etc. Sweetest ladies as well! Look at the new look they also gave my puppy!!! My girls are going to love this!

I can’t say enough good things about the ladies that work here! They did an amazing job with my dog and they went above and beyond to groom her.

My dog had spinal surgery a couple years ago and since then- I had been having a mobile groomer come to my house but the prices kept increasing and they were constantly booked out which made grooming her consistently difficult.

This was the first time I got my dog groomed at a grooming salon in over three years and I already made my next appointment! They were incredibly attentive, patient, and kind. They seem like they truly care about your dog and their health.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area who is looking for a groomer!

Never ever again. Made appointment and when I got there was told I did not have an appointment. Went home and called the number on my phone and verified that I DID have appt. Went back and was told I had only requested nails for my dogs. WRONG! I have ALWAYS done a full grooming for my dogs...for 14 years wherever I've gone. They lied, did not understand and I have no respect for this establishment. I'd rather drive an hour to a decent and trustworthy groomer. I would give no stars if I could,

Not once was I asked if my dog has their vaccinations, which she does she is fully vaccinated! Our puppy is also vaccinated. So to pull out an excuse like that? Is INSANE. She also does not have any matting she just needed a trim since she is a golden retriever mix . Please get your customers right before commenting such an absurd response and assuming things?

First impressions are everything! I called to get an estimate as to how much dog grooming would be and the lady that answered the phone was very harsh and cold, she asked how old and where we would take our dog before, I told her we hadn’t taken her anywhere and she instantly started trying to downgrade me as an owner saying we should’ve been doing that before even calling them to get a service, little did she know we had just gotten our dog. She didn’t even let me get in the fact that we also have a puppy that we were excited to take there to start his process. We were very excited to find a groomer close to home but after this call we’re willing to drive farther out for grooming services.
