I wanted to share my recent experience with my interview process. While I appreciate the opportunity to interview with the company, I feel it's important to bring to light some concerns about the process.

During my interview, I had the distinct impression that I may have faced discrimination based on my race or skin color. It is important to stress that I believe in fair and equal opportunities for all candidates, regardless of their background, and I hope that my experience can serve as an opportunity for growth and improvement.

The interview itself was conducted professionally and the job role seemed promising, which made the experience even more disheartening. However, there were moments during the interview that raised red flags for me, and I felt that certain aspects of my candidacy may not have been given fair consideration.

I want to emphasize that I believe in the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and I encourage HCA Healthcare to continue to promote a fair and equitable hiring process. It is crucial to maintain a work environment where all candidates are evaluated solely on their qualifications, skills, and experience.

I hope that my experience can help foster positive change within the company's hiring practices and encourage open and honest dialogue about diversity, equity, and inclusion. I believe HCA Healthcare has the potential to create an inclusive and welcoming workplace for all applicants, and I look forward to seeing improvements in the future.

Now that they've taken over the hospital in Tomball the entire facility except for the cafeteria looks like they're going out of business. Elevators missing lights, running out of blankets in the ER and a staff that is very mediocre. There are exceptions to the mediocre staff but they will be getting a very long and detailed letter from me when my mom is discharged.

I will never work for this company again. They will give no more than a 2% raise, regardless how hard you work, or how much of an asset you are to the company. They are ONLY FOR PROFIT, and you will get not more than a $25 HEB gift card as your holiday bonus. Everyone in the corporate division disregards your concerns, and only focus on how to grow the company, not what your deserve for the work you put in. There is no potential for growth.
